Welcome to DIGITECHCOIN HUB — a global skill intelligence ecosystem where participants demonstrate their abilities through interactive challenges, earn DigiCredits, and build a verifiable digital reputation. By registering or using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not register or use this platform.
To register and use DIGITECHCOIN HUB, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction
- Register with a valid referral code from an existing member (registration is invite-only)
- Provide accurate and truthful information including your phone number, email address, and WhatsApp
- Maintain only one account per person — duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended
⚠️ Creating multiple accounts to abuse the referral or reward system is a serious violation and will result in immediate permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all DigiCredits.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. DIGITECHCOIN HUB is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
Free participants may access all skill challenges for practice but do not earn DigiCredits and cannot redeem rewards. To earn DigiCredits and access redemptions, you must activate a Talent Plus Membership.
- Membership tiers range from Level 1 to Level 8 (Elite) — full tier details are displayed in your dashboard after registration
- Each tier unlocks a higher daily challenge limit and greater DigiCredit earning potential
- New Talent Plus members receive a welcome DigiCredit bonus upon first activation approval; the bonus amount scales by level and the exact figure for each level is shown in the dashboard
- Activation is processed and approved within minutes. Once approved, DigiCredits are credited and the activation is locked for 24 hours before the refund window closes
📋 By activating a membership you confirm you are the legitimate owner of the payment method used and that funds are from a lawful source.
Security Deposit (Refundable Bond). Your membership activation payment is held as a refundable security bond for the duration of your membership. It works as follows:
- After a 1-year contract period (measured from the date you activated your first Talent Plus package — not from the date you registered a free account), you may request a refund of your security deposit from your dashboard while your account is active and in good standing
- Each refund request is reviewed and approved by our team. You may have one refund request in progress at a time
- Once approved, the refunded amount is credited to your account as locked DigiCredits and becomes withdrawable after a 24-hour hold
- The deposit refund is separate from DigiCredits you have earned through challenges, which remain subject to the normal redemption rules
- Refunds may also be granted at our discretion in certain circumstances (for example non-renewal, genuine hardship, or account inactivity), subject to review
⚠️ If an account is suspended for fraud, abuse, or a serious violation of these Terms, the security deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded. Suspended accounts are not eligible to request a deposit refund.
Talent Plus members earn DigiCredits by successfully completing skill challenges including the Trivia Intelligence Arena, Image Intelligence Challenge, and other platform activities. Earnings are subject to:
- Your daily challenge limit based on your Talent Plus level — full limits shown in your dashboard
- A daily DigiCredit cap — you cannot earn beyond your level's maximum per day
- No earnings on Sundays — Sunday is the platform's rest day, enforced server-side
- Strategy challenges (Ludo, Lucky Wheel, 8-Ball Pool) have their own DigiCredit-earning rules detailed in-app
⚠️ Integrity Policy: Tab-switching during active challenges, using external answer tools, exploiting bugs, or any form of automated play is strictly prohibited. The platform uses server-side integrity detection. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all DigiCredits.
DigiCredits are platform achievement credits and hold value only within the DIGITECHCOIN HUB ecosystem. We reserve the right to adjust DigiCredit values or earning rates with reasonable notice.
Talent Plus members may request DigiCredit redemptions subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum redemption: 200 DigiCredits
- Processing fee: 5% deducted from the redemption amount
- Methods: M-Pesa, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Wave, GCash, UPI/Paytm, Binance Pay, Bank Transfer, and PayPal (availability varies by country)
- Processing time: Redemptions are processed within 24–48 hours after approval
- Redemption window: 3 AM – 8 PM server time
- DigiCredits locked from recent activations (within the 24-hour refund window) are not redeemable
📋 You must provide a valid and accurate payment account or wallet address. DIGITECHCOIN HUB is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect account details provided by the user.
We reserve the right to hold or reverse a redemption if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or a terms violation. In such cases, we will notify you and may request verification.
Every registered user receives a unique referral code. When someone joins the platform using your referral code and activates a Talent Plus membership, you earn a referral bonus in DigiCredits. Full referral bonus details are displayed in your dashboard.
- Referral bonuses are credited automatically upon the referred member's activation approval
- Self-referral (using your own code) is not permitted
- Referral abuse, including creating fake accounts, will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all referral DigiCredits
Referral earnings are tracked in your dashboard and are redeemable under the standard redemption rules.
DIGITECHCOIN HUB reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of any section of these Terms of Service
- Suspected fraud, cheating, or use of automated tools
- Providing false registration information
- Chargebacks or disputed payments
- Multiple accounts linked to the same person
- Any activity deemed harmful to other users or the platform
⚠️ Suspended accounts forfeit all accumulated DigiCredits. No refund will be issued for activations made to an account that is suspended for violations.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any pending DigiCredit redemption requests will be processed before closure.
By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data including your phone number, email address, WhatsApp number, and transaction history for the purpose of operating the platform, processing payments, and communicating with you.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
- Payment processing data may be shared with payment providers strictly for processing purposes
- With your opt-in consent, we may share your skills-performance data (challenge results and skill level — never your password or payment details) with talent, research, and survey partners to help match your abilities with opportunities. You can give or withdraw this consent at any time in your dashboard. See the Privacy Policy for details
- We retain transaction logs for audit and compliance purposes
- You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting support (subject to legal retention requirements)

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this platform without express written permission.
DIGITECHCOIN HUB is a skill-based talent intelligence platform. DigiCredit earnings depend on your performance and are not guaranteed. This is not a financial product, investment scheme, or gambling service.
- We are not liable for any loss of earnings due to platform downtime, third-party API failures (e.g. question sources), or technical issues beyond our control
- We are not responsible for losses due to your failure to secure your account credentials
- The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance; we will endeavour to give advance notice where possible
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via the platform dashboard or by email.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through our support channels. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Canadian courts.
