To register and use DIGITECHCOIN HUB, you must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information including your phone number, email address, and WhatsApp
• Maintain only one account per person — duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. DIGITECHCOIN HUB is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

Free players may play all games for entertainment but earn zero coins and cannot withdraw. To earn DIGICOINS and access withdrawals, you must activate a Premium Membership by making a deposit.

Deposits are processed manually by an administrator and are typically approved within minutes. Once a deposit is approved, coins are credited and the deposit is locked for 24 hours before the refund window closes.

By making a deposit you confirm you are the legitimate owner of the payment method used and that funds are from a lawful source.

Premium members earn DIGICOINS by correctly answering questions in the Trivia Quiz and Image Quiz games. Earnings are subject to:

• Your daily question limit based on your Premium Level (see table above)
• A daily coin cap — you cannot earn beyond your level's maximum per day
• No earnings on Sundays — Sunday is the platform's rest day, enforced server-side
• Other games (Ludo, Lucky Wheel, 8-Ball Pool, Sniper) have their own coin-earning rules

DIGICOINS are platform credits and hold value only within the DIGITECHCOIN HUB ecosystem. We reserve the right to adjust coin values or earning rates with reasonable notice.

Premium members may request withdrawals subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: 500 DIGICOINS (= KES 500)
• Processing fee: 5% deducted from the withdrawal amount
• Methods: M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Binance Pay
• Processing time: Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours after approval
• Withdrawal window: 3 AM – 8 PM server time
• Coins locked from recent deposits (within the 24-hour refund window) are not withdrawable

We reserve the right to hold or reverse a withdrawal if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or a terms violation. In such cases, we will notify you and may request verification.

Every registered user receives a unique referral code. When someone registers using your referral code and makes a deposit, you earn a 5% referral bonus based on the deposit amount in DIGICOINS.

• Referral bonuses are credited automatically upon deposit approval
• Self-referral (using your own code) is not permitted
• Referral abuse, including creating fake accounts, will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all referral earnings

Referral earnings are tracked in your Dashboard and are withdrawable under the standard withdrawal rules.

DIGITECHCOIN HUB reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms of Service
• Suspected fraud, cheating, or use of automated tools
• Providing false registration information
• Chargebacks or disputed payments
• Multiple accounts linked to the same person
• Any activity deemed harmful to other users or the platform

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before closure.

By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data including your phone number, email address, WhatsApp number, and transaction history for the purpose of operating the platform, processing payments, and communicating with you.

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• Payment processing data may be shared with payment providers strictly for processing purposes
• We retain transaction logs for audit and compliance purposes
• You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting support (subject to legal retention requirements)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through our support channels. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
